How to cook chicken?

I have generally observed that bachelors staying away from home miss the home made food. Whenever somebody talks about chicken their mouth waters and they end yup recollecting the aroma of the chicken cooked by mom at home.

Cooking chicken is an easy job.

Today, I had a bit of leisure time. I bought 1000gms of chicken. This is how I cooked it.




1.Washed the chicken properly. Removed the white fat and clotted blood stuck on the chicken pieces.

2. Put the chicken on a bowl and added around 5 tea spoonfuls of cooking oil, 2 spoon ginger garlic paste, half teaspoonful turmeric, 1 teaspoonful cumin powder, 1 teaspoonful coriander power, 3 spoonfuls chicken masala, 2 spoonfuls yogurt, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, 2 spoonfuls minutely cut coriander leaves, 1 egg.
3. Mixed the ingredients properly until an aroma erupted directly to my nose. :) 
4. Covered the bowl and kept it in the refrigerator for an hour.
5. Simultaneously, I chopped two medium onions and two tomatoes.
6. I added 2 tsp cooking oil in the pan to heat it. Added a pinch of cumin seeds and 5 green chillies when the oil was hot. Added the chopped onions stirred it until it was brown. I added the marinated chicken on the pan and stirred it. The heat absorbed all the remaining fat in the chicken. I covered the chicken and left it to cook.
 7. Added finely chopped tomatoes and covered it.(Tomatoes makes rich gravy)
 8. Stirred it quite a few times until cooked.
 9. Garnished with coriander leaves.
10. Serve hot with Rice.
